Mellowish lunch ride with Heidi and Kay.

Oyoyoy - The winds were coming. You could see them bleeding down from the Indian Peaks. The clouds were smeared and virga was wafting below them. Then they hit us from behind while we were heading east. No problem as we were zooming along at up to 36 mph on the flats! But the turn around. Oyoyoy. Lookout Road with sleet, winds gusting over 40mph and temps dropping at least 15F down into the 30's. Epic.

Sunday solo ride. Started at 40F and got up into the upper 50's. Nice sun, no wind.

Short run in the eve along the Payette River in Boise, ID. Unwinding from 9 hours of butt time at a fire weather course.
