Square Top Lakes hike with Kelly
After dropping Leah and Emilia off at camp Santa Maria, we drove over Guanella Pass with a stop for a hike. Nice! Above treelike the whole way.
Neva, Jasper, Diamond Lake Loop hike
Escaped the building heat of Boulder by 6:20 to grab a parking spot at the 4th of July trailhead. The BEST ridge hike in the area! Fun the whole way.
Jamestown - Ward Loop - 36 miles
Another jaunt up to the Peak to Peak. 6am start to avoid the upcoming heat. No traffic, no other riders to speak of, the usual pleasant views. Only downside was the fresh oil and chip seal for 6 miles or so heading up to Jamestown.
Boulder 360 counter clockwise with Lightly
Another Saurday ramble around the perimeter of Boulder. Great day! Temps in the low 80's with puffy clouds for cool relief. Always a great ride! And Rachel is getting so much better at holding a good cadence.
Jamestown/Lyons Loop - 40 miles
An early morning climb to the Peak to Peak. Foggy on the plains with a view above the clouds at the top of the climb. The Indian Peaks were pretty with their cap clouds and snow fields in the early morning light.
